Who We Are
We are not a booking platform. We are the person on the ground — the one who knows the chef, the captain, and the courtyard that isn’t on any map.
CGLUX is a private luxury concierge based in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. We design fully curated experiences for couples, families, groups, and solo travelers — people who want to be somewhere extraordinary without managing any of the logistics themselves. We were founded by people who came to Cartagena, fell in love with the city, and decided to make it their life’s work to share it properly.
Our approach is not transactional. Every experience we create begins with a conversation: what matters to you, what you want to feel, what you don’t want to think about. From there, we design a program where every transfer is confirmed, every vendor has been personally vetted, every table has been reserved under your name, and every detail has been written down and double-checked. You are treated as if you are the only guests we have — because for the duration of your stay, you are.
Cartagena is one of the most captivating destinations in the Americas: a UNESCO World Heritage walled city, Caribbean islands twenty minutes offshore, one of the finest fine-dining scenes in Latin America, and a culture built over five centuries of trade, resilience, and celebration. It is also a city that rewards those who arrive knowing exactly where to look. Without the right guide, the experience can fall short of what it should be. Our job is to remove that friction entirely — and to amplify what makes this city genuinely extraordinary.
